About the CatalogAudit crawler

If you saw CatalogAudit/0.2 in your logs: someone asked for a catalog audit of your store, either on this site or as part of a review we prepared for you.

• We read only public pages: /products.json, product pages, the storefront's product JSON, robots.txt, sitemaps and policy pages.
• One audit reads a few dozen pages, a handful at a time, with backoff when a server asks us to slow down.
• We never submit forms, add to cart, log in or check out.

To opt out, block the user agent CatalogAudit in your robots.txt or firewall, or email hello@catalogaudit.app and we'll exclude your domain.
